Care Dynamics opened in July 2007. We are a local agency operating in the Dorset area. Our branch is located in Charminster, Bournemouth providing easy access to candidates seeking work.

We are constantly recruiting quality Healthcare Assistants and have an excellent reputation amongst candidates. To attract candidates we regularly advertise in the Bournemouth Echo, on-line and attend local fresher fairs at the Chiropractic College and the Nursing College.

Residential and Nursing Homes

Our first year has been very successful and we are looking forward to continued growth. We currently supply to residential homes, nursing homes and learning disability units across Dorset.

At Care Dynamics we pride ourselves on continuous improvement with both clients and carers, offering our staff continuous training including NVQ, mandatory training & yearly updates.
