Procedures to Safeguard Staff Members and Patients

Should you wish to book a Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker for temporary or holiday cover, you can do so:
The quickest way for you to book an agency member is simply to telephone our office on 01202 557568. Outside normal hours your call will be automatically diverted to a mobile service at no extra cost.
You can visit the branch during office hours or request a representative of the branch to visit you at a convenient time.
You can email your cover request directly to the office, please note that this form of request can only be used during office hours.
You can write to your local branch by post or via fax on 01202 293694.
When you speak to one of our dedicated consultant they will take full details of your requirements, including the level of qualifications or experience the staff member will need to have.
We will then look through our staff database for suitable members to call on. We will ring you back as soon as possible to confirm a name or update you on the progress of the booking.
As part of our New Business Development procedure, we will contact all new clients to arrange a risk Assessment visit in order to comply with Health & Safety Regulations.
We understand that clients like to have continuity of care and that you may wish to re-book staff. We would appreciate it if you rang the branch to re-book the agency worker and not directly with the member of staff. If you wish to do so under specific circumstances, please contact the office to confirm the booking.
