Training Centre

Care Dynamics have a dedicated training centre based at our branch in Charminster, Bournemouth.

Training is probably the most important part of our recruitment procedure. All our training programmes are in line with Skills for Care Common Induction Standards. We have an excellent retention rate amongst our staff. We believe that by offering good quality training to all candidates we hold their loyalty. Education is power! This in turn spills over to the quality service we offer our clients. All our staff are well prepared and has the confidence to enter any establishment and to be an asset to your team and service users.

All our Healthcare Assistants go through an intensive 4 day induction course before starting work.

We have now expanded our training centre and can offer training to residential homes, nursing homes and learning disability units across Dorset. We cover all aspects of Healthcare training.
