Suppling to residential homes, nursing homes, learning disability and NHS mental health units across Dorset, our first year has been very successful and we are looking forward to continued growth.

We offer a full 4 day induction to all new workers free of charge and a training service to clients to assist them in staying on top of compliance. Mandatory updates and access to free NVQ training is available to all Care Dynamics workers.

CRB Umbrella Body
