As a Healthcare Assistant / Support Worker you will assist Service Users with everyday needs that people take for granted, this could include personal care, brushing teeth, bathing and toileting or domestic duties to maintain a clean and safe environment. With your help you can improve a service users' well-being and promote independence for as long as possible.

A good level of written and spoken English is required for this role as you will need to read and complete care plans. Employment is subject to an enhanced Criminal Records check and two satisfactory reference checks. Care Dynamics provide care shifts across Dorset to care & nursing homes, learning disability and NHS mental health units.
