Cancellation or Suspension of Service
Should you wish to make a cancellation, you may do so in line with the Terms of Business.
In some instances it may become necessary for Care Dynamics to suspend services to the Service User / Organisation.
Examples of instances where this may occur include:
- Verbal harassment, physical or sexual assault upon a Staff Member by the Service User or a Member of their Staff or Household
- Where we believe we do not have the skills necessary to provide the correct service
- Where the Service User / Organisation does not provide a safe working environment for Staff Members to carry out their duties
- When our Staff Member is refused access to the Service User
- Non-payment by the Client
- Notice for the withdrawal of service will be given both in writing and verbally to the appropriate person in charge.
