We are looking for Senior Domiciliary Care workers to join our busy, growing Homecare team in Bournemouth. This is a senior care worker role that involves supporting and mentoring more junior members of staff.
You must be a car driver with access to a vehicle.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent care to our service users in their own homes
- Guide, direct and support Care Workers in delivering outstanding care
- Deliver on-the-job training to staff as required, including one-to-one training
- Work effectively with the senior management team including providing high quality feedback to the Field Supervisor and Registered Manager.
