Procedures to Safeguard Staff Members and Patients
At Care Dynamics our primary concern is the health, safety and welfare of both our Clients and Staff Members. We have a comprehensive Health and Safety policy, which enables us to ensure that we provide and maintain safe and healthy working conditions, practices and equipment for all our Staff Members.
The Company will provide information, training and supervision as may be necessary for this purpose. When risks to safety or health need to be assessed under a specific duty or regulations, we will ensure that appropriate assessments are carried out. In some cases the responsibility for carrying out assessments will be the Client’s.
We operate a rigorous recruitment and selection process and any staff member applying for registration with Care Dynamics is required to satisfy a number of checks before registration can be granted.
The organisation fully complies with the MULTI AGENCY Safeguarding Adults Policies and procedures for PAN Dorset.
